The United Macedonian Diaspora (UMD) is proud to announce the newest additions to Generation M, UMD’s young leaders program – eleven Regional Representatives. These Regional Representatives will further UMD-Generation M’s goals alike, which include the education, empowerment, and unification of Macedonians around the world.
As UMD’s young leaders program, Generation M brings together young people with Macedonian heritage on a personal and professional level through social media, networking events, and annual leadership conferences in the U.S. and Canada. With strong and intelligent young individuals taking charge, there is no limit to what we can accomplish.
"The Generation M movement continues to grow, and this is fueled by the work-ethic of Macedonia's sons and daughters who understand that our collective destiny is forged by the bonds of advocacy and education,” said Mario Hristovski, 2017 Generation M Global Chairman.
"The addition of Gen M’s new Regional Representatives shows not just how far we've come over the past two years, but also how much more work is to be done. Our Representative expansion is a fine example of how our movement will continue to advance the Macedonian community and spread our mission of educating empowering and uniting Macedonian youth around the globe,” said Filip Jotevski, 2016 Generation M Global Chairman.
“I am very pleased about the appointment of the Gen M Regional Representatives, and the enthusiasm, dedication, and excitement that they bring. Their work hand-in-hand with the already existing UMD Regional Representatives will without doubt further strengthen and better equip our Macedonian communities worldwide,” said UMD Chairman Stojan Nikolov.
